0F-CU無氧銅是不含氧也不含任何脫氧劑殘留物的純銅。但實際上還是含有非常微量氧和一些雜質。按標準規定,氧的含量不大于0.003%,雜質總含量不大于0.05%,銅的純度大于(yu)(yu)99.95%。根據(ju)含(han)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)和雜質(zhi)含(han)量(liang)(liang),無氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)銅(tong)又分為一(yi)號(hao)(hao)和二號(hao)(hao)無氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)銅(tong)。一(yi)號(hao)(hao)無氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)銅(tong)純度達到(dao)99.97%,氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量(liang)(liang)不大于(yu)(yu)0.003%,雜質(zhi)總含(han)量(liang)(liang)不大于(yu)(yu)0.03%;二號(hao)(hao)無氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)銅(tong)純度達到(dao)99.95%,氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量(liang)(liang)不大于(yu)(yu)0.003%,雜質(zhi)總含(han)量(liang)(liang)不大于(yu)(yu)0.05%。
無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)無(wu)氫脆現象(xiang),導電率高,加工(gong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和(he)焊(han)接性(xing)(xing)(xing)能、耐蝕性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和(he)低溫性(xing)(xing)(xing)能均好。各國對(dui)于(yu)含氧(yang)(yang)量的(de)(de)標準也不完全相同,存(cun)在(zai)一定的(de)(de)差異。OFC(無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)):純(chun)度(du)為99.995% 的(de)(de)金屬銅(tong)(tong)。一般用(yong)于(yu)音響器(qi)材、真空電子器(qi)件、電纜(lan)等電工(gong)電子應(ying)用(yong)之中(zhong)。其中(zhong)無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)中(zhong)又有 LC-OFC(線形結(jie)(jie)晶無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)或結(jie)(jie)晶無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)):純(chun)度(du)在(zai)99.995%以(yi)上和(he)OCC(單晶無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)):純(chun)度(du)最(zui)高,在(zai)99.996%以(yi)上,又分為PC-OCC和(he)UP-OCC 等。采用(yong)UP-OCC技術(Ultra Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting Process)制造(zao)的(de)(de)單結(jie)(jie)晶無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong),無(wu)方(fang)向性(xing)(xing)(xing)、高純(chun)度(du)、防(fang)腐(fu)蝕、極低的(de)(de)電氣(qi)阻(zu)抗使得(de)線材適合高速優質(zhi)的(de)(de)傳輸信號。
